Sandhurst Club is one of Australia's premier residential and golfing communities, with a thriving hospitality precinct and a residential estate. The Club is member-led and focused on delivering exceptional experiences, operational excellence and long-term sustainable growth. We’re excited to be partnering with them on their search for a Chief Financial Officer.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you'll work closely with the Board, providing the financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic advice that inform the Club's biggest decisions. You'll play a central part in shaping the strategy, and then just as importantly, executing it.
As part of the role, your responsibilities will include:

- Act as the CEO's key strategic partner, helping shape the Club's long-term direction
- Take a leading role in developing and delivering the Strategic Plan, translating ambition into transparent financial roadmaps, investment priorities and measurable outcomes
- Build the five-year financial projections and capital plans that underpin major decisions on facilities, infrastructure and member experience
- Evaluate and advise on major investments, contracts, procurement decisions and tender proposals, ensuring they deliver long-term value for members
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration so financial and operational objectives stay aligned with the strategy
- Lead all financial management,



including AR, AP, payroll, member accounts, cashflow and taxation
- Lead year-end results and audit processes, including the Annual Financial Report
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team, championing a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement

CPA or CA qualified, you will be a proven finance leader with extensive hands-on experience running an end-to-end finance function within a medium-sized organisation. This broad and dynamic environment requires an energetic, commercially minded finance leader who can inspire, influence and lead change during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Experience in a member-based organisation will be an advantage, particularly if you understand the importance of a customer-first approach and what it takes to deliver an outstanding member experience.

You'll have the chance to genuinely influence the direction of the business, with a seat at the table on strategy and the ear of a Board that wants a CFO who will influence where the Club goes next.
