The Park Coomera is looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our team across Team Leader and Customer Service Attendant positions.

THE ROLE

Whether you're stepping into a leadership role or joining our team as a Customer Service Attendant, you'll play an important part in keeping The Park Coomera running smoothly and making sure every guest has a outstanding experience.

As a Team Leader, you'll:

- Lead, motivate and support the team throughout each shift

- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences

- Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and team performance

- Assist with training and coaching team members

- Oversee venue activities and ensure safety and operational standards are maintained

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

- Assist with parties, bookings and events

- Support opening and closing procedures

- Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness and safety

- Help create a positive, energetic and team-focused environment

As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll:

- Welcome guests and provide friendly,



energetic customer service

- Assist customers with activities and venue facilities

- Process bookings, payments and transactions

- Assist with parties, group bookings and events

- Monitor activities and ensure guests follow safety requirements

- Keep the venue clean, safe and welcoming

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Restock supplies and maintain venue presentation

- Answer customer questions and assist with enquiries

- Work as part of the team to keep the venue running smoothly

- Create fun and memorable experiences for guests of all ages

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for people who are:

- Friendly, energetic and passionate about customer service

- Confident communicating with guests and team members

- Reliable, organised and willing to get involved

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Team players who enjoy creating great experiences

- Available to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays

- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one

- Holds a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) or is willing to obtain one prior to employment

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, entertainment or leadership experience is an advantage, but we're also happy to train the right people.
