About the role

As part of the Production Team, you'll be producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily. We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 2am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the chance to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

- Produce great-tasting baked goods fresh every day
- Work collaboratively with the Production Team to ensure Banjo's high-quality standards are consistently achieved
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure products are available and customer expectations are met
- Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to maintain a safe workplace

About you

- A positive, confident team player who takes pride in producing quality products
- Experience in baking or food production is desirable, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent)
