About the Role

As our Reservations Coordinator, you will be the vital first point of contact for our guests. You will manage high-volume bookings, coordinate guest requirements and work closely with our venue management teams to ensure seamless service execution across our portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day reservations across multiple group venues via phone and email.
- Optimise table allocations and seating plans to maximise venue capacity and revenue.
- Coordinate special guest requests, dietary requirements, and VIP profiles with venue teams.
- Deliver exceptional service by handling guest inquiries and feedback with warmth and professionalism.
- Collaborate with HQ marketing and events teams to support group-wide initiatives and busy holiday periods.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience in a reservations,



hosting or reception role within premium hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and an eagle eye for detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy mindset, with prior experience using reservation platforms (such as SevenRooms or OpenTable) highly regarded.
- A collaborative spirit who brings positive energy and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Availability Tuesday to Saturday.
