Position Available: Pharmacy Assistants: Full-time or Part-Time

The Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant at StarChem, your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellence in customer service
Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products
Confidently recommending over-the-counter products and pharmacy services
Assisting with stock ordering, replenishment, and ticketing
Setting up displays for promotions
Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in and out
Maintaining a qualified and presentable appearance of the pharmacy
Creating content for our social media pages

Key Requirements:





To excel in this role, you should possess:
Prior experience in retail pharmacy (desirable)
Up-to-date S2 and S3 training will be highly regarded
Administration experience will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Must have Australian work rights
Must know how to use all social media platforms/ be able to create content
