Calida is a boutique commercial construction company specialising in high-end retail, hospitality and commercial projects across Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our Rosebery office on a temporary full-time basis from late October 2026 to the end of February 2027, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping/accounting experience and be confident working across MYOB and Vista.

The Role:
Bank reconciliations and maintenance of financial records
Accounts payable and receivable
Monthly payroll processing
Monthly cash flow management and cost reporting
Maintain debtors, bonds, bank guarantees, retentions and deposit schedules
General Ledger, journal entries and Trial Balance
Prepare financial summaries, balance sheets and cash flow reports




Consolidate project cost reports
Liaise with suppliers, project teams and external accountants
Prepare financial reports for Directors and the leadership team

About You:
Experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper with solid all-round accounting knowledge
Robust experience using MYOB, with Vista experience highly regarded
Experience across payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations and financial reporting
Robust Microsoft Excel skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Construction industry experience advantageous
