Maintenance Handyman (Carpentry Bias)
Salary: $85,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD

The Role Working across a range of commercial sites, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings remain protected, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
General building maintenance and repairs
Carpentry works including doors, locks, cabinetry, skirting, and fit-outs
Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Reactive maintenance and fault finding
Minor plastering, painting, and patching works
Basic plumbing and general handyman duties




Site inspections and reporting maintenance issues
Liaising with tenants, clients, and site stakeholders

About You
Trade qualified Carpenter preferred
Previous experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Current driver's licence
Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites
