About the role:
Be the welcoming face of Shell House
Greet and warmly welcome guests
Manage reservations and seating
Assist with guest enquiries and requests
Work closely with the floor and management teams
Help create an exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous hospitality or customer service experience
Is confident, friendly and well-presented
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Is available to work evenings and Saturdays
