DIG Personnel & Training Solutions are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing work across civil construction projects throughout Adelaide and the Mount Barker region.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and can confidently support civil crews across subdivisions, infrastructure projects, and general earthworks environments.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting site teams with a range of civil construction activities, including:
General civil labouring across subdivision and infrastructure projects
Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site preparation
Spotting plant and maintaining secure work zones around machinery
Supporting concreting activities and site clean-up
Following safety procedures and working effectively within a team setting

What We're Looking For:
Previous civil construction labouring experience (essential)
White Card (Construction Induction)
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening




Robust commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work across different sites

Highly Desirable:
Roller operating experience highly regarded
Dogman Ticket
Experience working around excavators, loaders, and other civil plant
Understanding of civil construction processes

Monday to Friday work, with Saturday work available as required
