Working alongside our GPs and broader clinical team, you will play an key role in delivering high-quality patient care within a modern general practice workplace.

About the role

You will be responsible for:
Supporting GPs with clinical procedures and patient care
Conducting health assessments and health checks
Administering vaccinations and managing cold chain requirements
Performing wound care and other clinical nursing duties
Assisting with chronic disease management programs
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Promoting a positive patient experience through exceptional care

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
Strong clinical and communication skills
A patient-centred approach to care
The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Previous experience in general practice or primary care (desirable)
