About the role
Vito's is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers and Food Runners to join our team. We're building a rapid-paced, high-energy restaurant where excellent food, drinks and genuine hospitality come together. We're looking for people who love being on the floor, work well as part of a team and understand that the small details make a big difference.
Key responsibilities
Own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service (Waiters)
Be the connection between the kitchen and the floor — delivering dishes quickly, knowing the menu, communicating with chefs and servers, and keeping service moving (Runners)
About you
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Confident, positive and comfortable in a busy setting
Strong communication and teamwork
Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Available nights and weekends
Current NSW RSA for Server positions
