About the role

KB Civil is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time salaried basis. This is a key position within our business overseeing civil construction and bulk earthworks projects based in South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities
Oversee civil construction and bulk earthworks projects
Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant
Plan daily works and ensure projects stay on programme
Monitor quality, productivity and site costs
Liaise with clients, engineers and project managers
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
Complete daily reporting, dockets, timesheets and site documentation
Identify and resolve issues before they become problems

About you
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Senior Supervisor
Robust knowledge of civil construction and bulk earthworks
Excellent understanding of plant, production and construction methodology




High attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications
Ability to organise crews, plant and subcontractors
Robust understanding of WHS and quality requirements
Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
Reliable and professional
