About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of this high performing, high volume outlet operation. You will lead a large and dynamic team, drive sales and operational performance, and ensure the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching their team,



managing competing priorities and making quick commercial decisions. You will need to be confident leading through peak trading periods and creating structure, accountability and energy within a busy retail environment.

Proven high volume retail leadership experience
Solid commercial and operational acumen
Ability to lead and develop large retail teams
Proven sales and KPI performance
Strong stock and inventory management skills
Confident with P&L; and retail systems
