An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Multimedia Content Producer to join a high-performing communications team within a Victorian public sector organisation.
This role will suit someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to create engaging, platform-first content that cuts through. You'll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to delivery, producing high-quality video and multimedia content designed for digital audiences across a range of social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Produce end-to-end social media content including filming, editing, captioning and publishing
Create engaging video content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
Make sound editorial decisions and adapt content to suit different audiences and channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative vendors to deliver content on time
Support campaign delivery and manage content through review and approval processes
Assist with photography, motion graphics and other multimedia content as required.
About You
Proven experience creating social-first video content from concept to completion
Strong videography and video editing skills with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms and audience engagement
Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing software
Robust project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Experience working within government, higher education or another complex stakeholder environment will be highly regarded.
