For 11 years Blutec has waterproofed for volume builders across South East Queensland: 15 to 25 jobs a week, residential and commercial. Our standard is straightforward: no leaks. Ever. The crew holds that line. We're growing, and we want one more person good enough to keep it that way. Work runs out of our Brendale shed, so you'll need to live in SEQ within an easy drive of it.

Product and gear sorted before you arrive
Paid on time every fortnight. Your QLeave comes with you

What you'll do
Wet areas: shower angles, Smart Wastes, door angles, waterstops
Balconies, upper sliding doors, slab edges and retaining walls
First and second coats, usually on separate visits
Photograph every wet area before the tiler moves in
Liaise with builders' supervisors, with your day planned for you

What we need
3+ years as a waterproofer, currently on the tools
You know Mapei and Ardex membranes, angles, flanges and waterstops
Live in SEQ, an easy drive from Brendale
White Card and driver's licence
Cert III in Construction Waterproofing a plus
Pride in work nobody sees once it's tiled
