Trade Counter Sales & Customer Service

Faststud is a leading supplier to the commercial and residential building industries.

Working with Australia's leading manufacturers, we distribute building products including steel framing, plasterboard, fibre cement, insulation, and accessories.

We are looking for a Customer Service driven individual to work in our Trade Counter / Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to recent & existing customers as well as supporting our sales team.

Our team is helpful and welcoming and have excellent relationships with our customers and suppliers. The right candidate will have superior customer service skills and be eager to work in a busy, fast-paced setting. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:
Process quotes and customer orders as required.
Phone & email enquiries.
Provide support to the sales team




Build & maintain professional relationships with customers
Work closely with our network of suppliers
General administrative tasks

To be considered for this role you will need to:
Have a good understanding of building products and/or hardware
Have an appreciation of good customer service
Have strong communication & problem-solving skills
Have good computer literacy
Be a team player
Be willing to learn

Generous salary range available depending on experience.

Whilst not essential, any candidates that are fluent in Mandarin, Serbian, Croation or Bosnian could be looked upon favorably.
