Athleta Gymnastics is looking for a confident, energetic and organised Reception & Sales Team Member to join our growing team.

About Athleta

Athleta Gymnastics is a growing children’s gymnastics club focused on creating a protected, positive and exciting setting where kids can build confidence, strength and skills.

Our reception team is a huge part of that experience. You’ll often be the first person a new family speaks to and play an important role in welcoming families, growing our membership and keeping the club running smoothly.

The Role

No two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll be responsible for:
Welcoming and assisting families
Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
Following up leads and trial bookings
Helping families find the right gymnastics program
Converting enquiries and trials into new memberships
Managing bookings, payments and general administration
Providing excellent customer service to existing members
Keeping reception and customer areas clean, organised and welcoming





Who We're Looking For

You’re someone who is:
Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
Naturally enthusiastic and positive
Sales and results focused
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Reliable and professional
Comfortable making phone calls and following up prospective members
A excellent communicator who enjoys being part of a team

Previous sales, reception, customer service or administration experience is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

Successful applicants must hold:
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid certification
Current CPR certification
