What you’ll love about the role:

As the first point of contact you will actively contribute to a positive customer experience to our NTI team, whilst providing administration and coordination support to the People & Capability function. Based from our spectacular offices at Brisbane Quarter (300 George St), you will be an integral part of our People & Capability team (along with our other Coodinators/Receptionists).

Key responsibilities include:
Be a first point of call for our team members who have enquiries
Work in a team of coordinators/receptionists to cover the reception function when needed
Support our people operations with employment documentation creation, recruitment support, and onboard and off boarding tasks
Use your fun and creative side to help organise our social events (fun runs, trivia events, our weekly Friday afternoon drinks, Christmas/Easter activities etc).
Diverse administration tasks (both regular and ad-hoc) using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Being an integral part of our wider people and capability team to support our team at NTI

Experience in administration or customer service excellence




Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate, friendly and professional phone manner
