About the role

We are seeking an experienced Glazier/Glass Replacement Specialist to join our team at All Glass Gold Coast Pty Ltd in Nerang, QLD. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality glazing and glass replacement services to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities
Residential & Commercial Glass Replacements for Aluminum & Timber Windows & Doors
Installation of Current Windows & Doors
Installing of New Commercial Shopfront & Internal Partitions
Installing of Mirrors & Shower Screens
Fabrication & Installation of Insect Fly Screens & Invisi-Gard Security Screens
Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to safely and efficiently complete all glass installation and replacement tasks
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering product recommendations, and delivering a professional and courteous service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle to ensure productive service delivery
Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

About you
Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified Glazier or in a similar glass installation/replacement role
Minimum 4 years of experience within glass replacements (E.g. Reglazing)




Solid technical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass products
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Current driver's licence
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to workplace health and safety
Experience within Fabrication of Security Screens & Commercial Products is favorable
Positive Can-Do attitude
