That gives you a solid foundation, experienced team and thousands of agents to work with from your first week. Your job is to activate them, keep them selling, and add to them.

The role

• Recruit, train and support agents, brokers,



buyer's advocates and wealth groups to sell our house and land and off-the-plan stock.

• Work every deal with the agent through to contract and settlement.

• Chance to bring in recent listings from land developers, builders and project developers.

What you earn

• A monthly retainer.

• Market leading commission splits.

• OTE $400,000+ in sales commission.

About you

• 5+ years in property or channel sales, with house and land experience.

• An existing network of agents, brokers or advisers.
