Training Consultant - WalkMe

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Adoption & Learning Specialist / Training Consultant to join the program on an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The primary focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of WalkMe across the Hyphen suite. You will work closely with Training, Change, Business Readiness and L&D; teams to quickly understand new systems and business processes and translate these into effective in-system guidance and learning support.

We are looking for someone with a strong learning background who can also support broader training activities when required, including developing learning materials and facilitating training.

Ideally, you will have previous hands-on WalkMe experience and have personally built and configured WalkMe content, rather than only managing a WalkMe implementation or vendor relationship.

Key Responsibilities
Build and configure digital adoption content, ideally using WalkMe
Design and develop learning materials for new technology and business processes
Facilitate end-user training, demonstrations, workshops and/or train-the-trainer sessions
Quickly understand new technology, business processes and user journeys




Determine the most appropriate learning intervention, including what should be supported through WalkMe, formal training, learning materials or other performance support
Develop user guides, quick-reference guides, digital learning content and facilitator materials
Work alongside Training/L&D;, Change and business teams within a transformation or technology implementation
Engage effectively with business SMEs and technology teams
Independently build, test, troubleshoot and refine WalkMe content
Work directly with WalkMe and leverage their expertise and support where required
Document the solution, share knowledge and support the eventual transition to BAU ownership

About You
Has hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, ideally WalkMe
Understands how digital adoption platforms work
Can troubleshoot issues when required
Learns recent technology quickly
Understands how people learn and adopt current ways of working
Can translate complex processes into simple, practical and user-friendly guidance
Has solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Can work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams
