We are seeking a reliable Trainee Manufacturing Dispenser – Raw Materials to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring and preparing raw materials for daily manufacturing batches.

Key Responsibilities:
Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch sheets and instructions
Ensure accuracy and quality in all measurements
Maintain a clean and secure work area
Follow all safety and handling procedures for raw materials
Assist the team with general production support as required

About You:
No previous experience required – full training provided
Keen interest in manufacturing and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with manual handling tasks and heavy lifting
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Forklift licence required, or willing to obtain
