About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Full time Senior Service Advisor to join our growing team in our Mutli-Franchise Service Department . Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers when vehicles are brought in for service
Tracking work being done on vehicles & keeping customers informed
Providing quality advice and following through on promises made to our customers
Following up and delivering vehicles on time
Invoicing job cards and explaining completed work to customers prior to collecting money
Providing feedback to management where relevant

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:
A reliable & customer-focused attitude
Strong communication skills with a wide range of customers
The ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative
A team-player mindset with a drive to grow within the role & business




Experience in a similar role – Multi franchise/High Volume dealership experience highly regarded
Experience in Pentana operating systems and invoicing through ERAPower.
