Looking for a boilermaker/fabricator for immediate start in a small family run workshop located in North Mackay. We don't do mining works, all of our work comes from the local building industry.

You would be home everyday. Overtime when required.

We do a variety of work, small to medium fabrication works and in office works. Mostly structural steel supply with some installs.

We are looking for someone with experience in the field, works hard and can work unsupervised. We have a lot of structural steelworks coming up, and the right applicant would ideally be able to be left on site at times to complete works to our high standard.

Minimum 5+ years of boilermaker/fabricator experience is required.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

White card required.

Job role includes everything, from cutting and drilling, to fabricating and welding.

Basic welding certification is required for this position.

Forklift ticket not essential, but recommended.

EWP Licence preferred.
