Rate: Circa $75 + Super PAYG (PTY ABN would be PAYG rate + super + gst)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major mechanical and electrical project being delivered across multiple campuses within a large university workplace in Geelong.

With an estimated project value of approximately $10m, this is an opportunity for a capable Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery across multiple work fronts within a complex, live institutional workplace.

The Role
Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple campus locations
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and associated subcontractor works
Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Drive safety, quality and program outcomes
Manage site schedules, lookaheads and construction programs
Conduct inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections




Manage permits, SWMS, ITPs, defects and site documentation
Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, client and key stakeholders
Coordinate works within an operational university environment
Monitor progress, quality and compliance across multiple work fronts
Ensure project HSEQ requirements and site procedures are maintained

About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager or experienced Site Supervisor
Mechanical & Electrical project experience highly desirable
Experience across commercial, institutional, education or other live environments
Strong subcontractor and site coordination skills
Comfortable managing multiple work fronts and/or locations
Robust understanding of safety, quality and construction programming
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
