About the Role
Vision Surveys is seeking a full-time Construction Surveyor to join our team.
This role operates on a Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) roster of 2 weeks on, 1 week off from Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across construction and civil projects while enjoying the flexibility of a structured roster.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys, site measurements and data collection
Prepare survey plans, reports and spatial data outputs




Operate surveying instruments including GPS, total stations and digital levels
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, legislation and safety requirements
Liaise with clients, engineers, site managers and internal teams
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Report to and communicate with the Survey Manager

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
Proficient with Leica OR Trimble surveying equipment
Experience using surveying software including 12d, Magnet and AutoCAD advantageous
Degree or Diploma in Surveying or a related discipline
Proven experience working as a Surveyor or in a similar surveying role
Understanding of land surveying standards, processes and regulatory frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Strong communication and organisational capabilities
Current open driver’s licence
