Lebanese Pizza Maker / Baker
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Lebanese Pizza Maker / Baker to join our team at Kaak Lebanese Bakery.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Lebanese pizza, manoush, kaak and dough products
Prepare and portion dough, toppings and fillings
Operate and monitor the bakery/oven
Maintain consistent quality, presentation and portion sizes
Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organised
Work efficiently in a busy bakery setting
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
About you:
Experience making Lebanese pizza/manoush and working with Lebanese-style dough
Positive understanding of ovens, dough preparation and baking
Rapid, reliable and able to work independently
Team player with a positive attitude
Available for early morning shifts
Food handling experience is preferred
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
