About the role

Summacon Group is a family-owned civil construction company based on the Fraser Coast, delivering civil infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and subdivision projects across Queensland. Due to a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking for experienced and motivated people to join our growing team as Pipelayers, Final Trim Operators, or Skilled Civil Construction Workers.

Key responsibilities
Stormwater, sewer and watermain installation
Pipe laying and drainage construction
Bulk and detailed earthworks
Final trim and finishing
Road construction and pavement works
Concrete and associated civil works
Plant operation
General civil construction duties
Working from plans and specifications
Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to specification

About you
Have experience in civil construction
Take pride in the quality of their work
Have a strong understanding of safety and site procedures




Can work effectively as part of a team
Are reliable and have a positive work ethic
Can follow plans, levels and specifications
Have a practical, hands-on approach
Relevant tickets, licences and qualifications are highly regarded
