About the Role

Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with an established civil contractor to recruit Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers for a robust pipeline of infrastructure projects.

With opportunities available across Brisbane, FIFO and regional relocation locations, these positions will suit civil engineers looking to build their experience across TMR road infrastructure and water projects.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams, taking ownership across engineering, programming, procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety and commercial delivery.

Whether you're an experienced Project Engineer ready for greater responsibility or an established Senior Project Engineer looking for your next major project, there are multiple opportunities available.

Salary & Perks
$150K–$180K + Super + Vehicle, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities




Coordinate engineering and construction activities across TMR and water projects.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and day-to-day site requirements.
Monitor project programs, costs, quantities, progress and construction schedules.
Manage QA documentation, ITPs, RFIs, variations and project reporting.
Work with project and site teams to deliver works safely and to specification.

What You’ll Bring
Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Previous Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer experience.
Civil construction experience across roads, TMR, water or infrastructure.
Robust understanding of QA, programming, cost control and project documentation.
Ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
