The Role

We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to run our shopfitting projects on the ground. You'll be the go-to person on site, managing trades, keeping the program on track, and making sure every job is safe, compliant and finished to a high standard.

What You'll Do
Run day-to-day site operations across one or more fitout projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors (joinery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting)
Read and interpret drawings, specs and joinery shop drawings
Manage site programs, deliveries and trade sequencing
Lead WHS on site, including SWMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site inspections
Handle quality checks, defects and practical completion handovers
Report progress, issues and variations to the Project Manager
Liaise with clients, landlords and centre management where needed





What You'll Bring
5+ years in construction, with at least 2 years as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in shopfitting or commercial fitouts
Solid understanding of joinery, finishes and hospitality/retail fitout sequencing
White Card (General Construction Induction) essential
Current NSW driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Working knowledge of Australian Standards, BCA and NSW WHS requirements
Explicit communicator who can manage trades and keep clients informed
Hands-on attitude and the ability to solve problems on the spot
Trade background (carpentry or joinery) highly regarded
