About the Role

Our client, a community services organisation, is seeking a Rostering Officer to join their team in Boronia for an initial 8-week contract, commencing ASAP.

This role will primarily focus on staff rostering and scheduling, with some general administrative support. You’ll work closely with staff and the wider team to ensure rosters are accurate, well maintained and meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain staff rosters using Humanforce
Manage roster changes, updates and staff availability
Communicate with staff regarding roster requirements and changes
Provide general administrative support to the team
Maintain accurate records and support compliance with policies and procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.



You will ideally have:
Previous experience in rostering or workforce scheduling
Experience within aged care, healthcare or community services highly regarded
Experience using Humanforce or a similar rostering system
Robust attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and adaptable approach
Solid computer and administration skills
