FOH team member at Raya Bakery, you will bring your passion for our Asian inspired baked goods and beverages at one of Melbourne’s most vibrant precincts. This role is about more than customer service – you’ll be the face of our bakery, crafting exceptional experiences, elevating our menu with your expertise in food presentation, and creating a positive working environment for the team.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of fast paced FOH experience.
Confident in your ability to cultivate a positive work culture.
Cake & pastry handling. Sandwich prep preferred.




Robust communication skills and reliability.
Work well under pressure
Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Great customer service
Willing to assist with taking orders, serving and cleaning tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.44 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
