Your Recent Role
You'll be the link between the sales, pre-construction and site teams, keeping builds moving from contract through to handover. Depending on your experience, your focus will sit in pre-construction or construction, covering contract and documentation preparation, council and certifier approvals, client selections and variations, trade and supplier orders, scheduling, and regular progress updates to clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed
2+ years' administration experience within building, new builds or subcontractors
Solid organisation and follow-through,



with the ability to keep multiple builds on track at once
Clear, professional communication with clients, trades and the internal team
Quick to pick up new systems and processes
A positive, team-first attitude
