About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Installer & Service Technician to join our skilled team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair our premium sleeper cab air conditioning units in trucks. You’ll work in a supportive small scale team and interact directly with our valued customers to deliver outstanding service and technical solutions. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

What You’ll Be Doing
Install Icepack air conditioning units in a variety of truck makes and models
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Carry out routine maintenance and servicing




Create custom installations based on customer needs (e.g. vinyl interiors, control panels, TVs, microwaves)
Support the sales team with technical advice

What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical and auto electrical knowledge (truck or heavy vehicle experience highly regarded)
Experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing air conditioning units is well regarded but not necessary
Great communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and a professional, confident approach
Ability to work independently and under pressure
A flexible, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and safety

Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
