ABOUT THE ROLE

Amalfi Pizza & Pasta Officer is looking for friendly, reliable and motivated Fast Food Team Members to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position involving customer service, food preparation, pizza making and general kitchen duties. Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided to suitable applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
Taking customer orders in person and over the phone
Processing payments accurately
Preparing pizzas, pasta and other menu items according to Amalfi recipes and standards
Preparing ingredients and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Packing takeaway and delivery orders accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work area
Following food-safety, workplace-safety and cleaning procedures
Assisting other team members during busy service periods
Completing opening and closing duties when required

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for applicants who:
Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Experienced in pizza store operation




Are reliable, punctual and well presented
Communicate clearly and work well with others
Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Are willing to learn and follow established procedures
Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Have previous fast-food, hospitality or customer-service experience, although this is not essential
