You'll lead walking tours through Perth and Fremantle, engaging diverse groups with your knowledge and charm, and making sure every guest leaves with lasting memories.

What we look for
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A natural flair for engaging with a diverse clientele
A solid commitment to customer service excellence
Familiarity with Perth and Fremantle's history and culture, or an eagerness to learn
Quick-thinking and adept at managing unexpected situations
Physical fitness, capable of leading extensive walking tours
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification
Commitment of at least 6 months in the role

Key responsibilities
Lead engaging, insightful walking tours around Perth and Fremantle, with captivating commentary on the area's history,



culture and landmarks
Cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere — acting as educator, host, facilitator and companion
Handle a range of scenarios with professionalism and poise, prioritising guest safety and satisfaction
Solid organisation: punctuality, time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Connect easily with people of all ages and backgrounds, attentively addressing guests' needs and questions
Play an active role in a collaborative, supportive team environment
