Supply and Distribution Manager

CARSY Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Supply and Distribution Manager based in Rocklea, Queensland to coordinate and manage supply, distribution, logistics and fleet operations.

Salary: A$85,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and manage supply, distribution and logistics operations.
Coordinate the movement, allocation and delivery of vehicles, equipment and related goods.
Manage transport schedules, delivery requirements and distribution activities.
Coordinate suppliers, transport providers, contractors and other service providers.
Monitor fleet availability, operational requirements and inventory levels.
Coordinate procurement and supply requirements with operational teams.
Monitor logistics costs, delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Analyse operational and supply-chain data and prepare performance reports.
Develop and implement procedures to improve supply, distribution and logistics efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational, transportation and supply-chain issues.




Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure operations comply with applicable Australian transport, workplace health and safety and company requirements.

Skills and Experience
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet, transport or distribution management.
Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and transport/service providers.
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and deadlines.
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience using operational, logistics, fleet or supply-chain systems and reporting tools.
