In partnership with the Australia Defence Force, we're seeking an experienced Barista and Food Service Attendant to join the team at Defence Plaza located in the Melbourne CBD.

This is a casual position offering full time hours working in the Ventia Café. You'll need to be well experienced, reliable, upbeat and ready to deliver great customer service.

Advantages:
7.00am - 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) - NO weekends & NO night shifts
$33.85 per hour + superannuation

What you'll be doing:
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly approachable demeanour.
Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately and have knowledge of point-of-sale systems - IMPOS (training provided)
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation.
Always adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

About you:
Australian citizen (mandatory)
You'll need to be very experienced in preparing quality espresso drinks
Excellent coffee making skills - We serve St Ali coffee




Experience in hospitality and catering with a focus on coffee making
Experience working in a kitchen
Proactive, energetic and have a passion for the hospitality industry
Outstanding customer service skills
