About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Lismore, NSW, supporting an NDIS participant with day-to-day activities and community participation.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, respectful, dependable, and genuinely enjoys supporting people to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
Providing person-centred support based on the participant’s individual needs and goals
Assisting with daily living activities and community access
Supporting appointments, outings, and social activities
Providing companionship and encouraging independence
Following individual support plans and workplace procedures
Maintaining professional boundaries and respecting privacy and dignity
Completing progress notes and other required documentation
Communicating effectively with the participant, family, and support team

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Is male and based in or around Lismore, NSW




Has experience in disability support, aged care, community services, or a related field
Is reliable, patient, and compassionate
Has good communication skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has a genuine interest in supporting people with disability
Has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or is willing to obtain them
Holds current First Aid and CPR certification
Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, if required for the role
