Most reps give up on a lead the day it goes cold. We built an entire team around proving them wrong, and we need a Team Leader who is hungry enough to make it happen!

About the role

This isn’t a warm-lead, easy-win environment. This is where elite sales leaders thrive.

Your team will work historical leads, missed prospects, dead reschedules, and previously unconverted prospects- the leads others have written off. Your job isn’t to manage a process; it’s to lead a team through rejection, build resilience, and turn tough conversations into booked appointments and completed sales.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you’ll own the performance of this channel and be accountable for the results.

What you'll be doing
Lead from the front — get on the phones, demonstrate the standard, and show the team what outstanding sales conversations look like
Run daily huddles that create focus, energy, and accountability across the team
Own aged data campaigns end-to-end, including contact rates, conversion, sit rates, and completed sales
Maintain high-quality conversations and standards, even under pressure
Coach through objections, eliminate excuses, and help your team turn rejection into results

Realistic OTE of approximately $200,000 per annum plus superannuation at target performance, made up of team sales commissions and weekly performance bonuses

What we're looking for
Proven experience leading a cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales team
Someone who genuinely enjoys the challenge of converting difficult opportunities
Naturally competitive — you want to win individually and see your team succeed alongside you
Resilient and comfortable with rejection, pressure, and high-volume activity
Able to hold people accountable while maintaining trust and respect
Solid CRM and dialler capability, with the ability to use data to drive performance
