The Position:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will operate as a technical SME responsible for the reliability and ongoing performance of LV electrical infrastructure across a large-scale network. This role offers a combination of design, commissioning, operational support, and hands-on fault finding, supporting both project-based work and live operational settings.

Duties include:
Act as the key technical escalation point for complex electrical faults and system issues
Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations across critical power infrastructure
Support commissioning activities, outages, and operational teams in the field
Assist with engineering designs, technical standards, contractor coordination, and mentoring junior engineers

Skills & experience required:




Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering with solid knowledge of LV systems and AS/NZS 3000
Experience working with critical power infrastructure, including UPS, generators, ATS, switchboards, and control systems
Strong practical troubleshooting and fault-finding capability across the full project lifecycle
Previous exposure to critical infrastructure environments such as utilities, telecoms, industrial, or data centres
RPEQ / Chartered status (or working towards) and/or trade background will be highly regarded
