We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to provide high-quality care for a 14-year-old girl located in Cranbourne West, VIC.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young people to maintain their independence and well-being at home.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with daily living tasks to ensure the participant's comfort and safety:
Personal Care: Assistance with hygiene, grooming, and daily routines.
Household Support: Light domestic duties and maintaining a tidy, organized setting.
Engagement: Providing a supportive and culturally familiar setting for the participant.

Requirements
Previous experience in disability support or aged care.
Relevant NDIS clearances (Worker Screening Check).
Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi/English

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
