Sous Chef – Bowden Brewing (Living The Dream Operations Pty Ltd)

Bowden Brewing is looking for a Sous Chef to help run a busy brewery kitchen across both Lucky's Pizza and Masa Mexican

What you'll do
Run the pass and lead service alongside the Head Chef
Own pizza production: dough, prep and oven management, with consistent quality at volume
Lead and train kitchen staff
Assist with ordering, stock control and food costings
Keep the kitchen compliant with food safety standards
Work across both Lucky's Pizza and Masa kitchens as required.
Prep and execute function food as per run sheets

What you'll bring
Proven pizza experience in a high-volume setting (essential)
Experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous or solid CDP)
Calm leadership under pressure
Availability across nights and weekends
Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willingness to get one

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
