CURRENT MALAYSIAN LUNCH & DINNER CONCEPT

We’re looking for a passionate Malaysian chef or experienced cook to help us bring an exciting recent Malaysian food concept to life.

Our vision is simple: delicious, authentic Malaysian food served in a friendly, relaxed and family-focused environment.

The menu will focus on Malaysian favourites including:

Laksa – our hero dish
Hainanese Chicken Rice
Nasi Lemak & Malaysian rice dishes
Char Kway Teow & noodle favourites
Malaysian street-food classics
Other much-loved Malaysian staples

We want this to be a place where people can grab a quick lunch, enjoy a relaxed dinner with the family, or take their favourite Malaysian dishes home.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has solid experience preparing authentic Malaysian cuisine
Understands the flavours, ingredients and techniques behind Malaysian food




Takes pride in quality, consistency and presentation
Can help develop and refine the menu
Is passionate about Malaysian food and enjoys sharing it with customers
Works well as part of a team
Wants to be part of a new and exciting food concept

This is an opportunity to help shape the menu and food offering from the beginning, with the potential for ongoing growth opportunities as the concept develops.
