Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Prospect Tracking: Identify and evaluate business opportunities aligned with company goals, ensuring optimal resource use

· Online Lead Generation: Develop new sales leads via digital platforms, market analysis and industry trends

· Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in and online clients with product info, quotes and follow-ups to drive conversions

· Pricing Strategy: Review and adjust quotes competitively, balancing costs and profitability

· CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate client/ project records in the CRM system

· Quoting Process: Prepare and adjust quotes based on client needs, ensuring clarity and competitiveness.

· Order Closure: Facilitate contract signings, confirm order details, and coordinate invoicing/ payment tracking

· Production Coordination: Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

· Organize and archive sales documents (contracts, quotes, client data)

· Ensure compliance with company standards for file management.

· Coordinate post-sale support (installation, troubleshooting) to ensure client satisfaction.

· Collect feedback and encourage Google reviews to enhance reputation





· Updates sales/ marketing materials and technical documents

· Attend training to improve sales skills and industry knowledge

· Report sales metrics (orders, conversions, challenges) and suggest improvements

About You:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in doors/windows, construction, or related fields

· 2+ years of sales experience in the doors/windows or construction industry

· Robust communication & negotiation skills, able to work independently

· Customer-oriented, capable of providing tailored solutions

· Ability to quickly analyze project budgets and provide accurate quotes

· Team player with excellent time management and execution skills

· Proficient in both English and Mandarin
