Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team.

Key Requirements
Integrity, loyalty and a robust work ethic are paramount and will be highly rewarded. This is our foremost requirement, as we are seeking like-minded individuals to complement our existing team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the window and façade industry,



with a proven track record of successful sales.
Demonstrated experience working with builders and architects, with an established industry network highly regarded.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent at building rapport quickly with potential current clients.
Robust ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Capable of meeting KPI targets, including quotes, sales and quote-to-sale conversion rates.
Skilled in managing and tracking client orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Proficient in preparing sales reports and maintaining CRM records.
Available for weekend showroom visits (Saturday and Sunday) by appointment.
