The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for an experienced and passionate Host Supervisor to join our Front of House team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

As a Host Supervisor, you’ll be the first impression of the restaurant, leading the host team while creating a warm, qualified and seamless arrival experience for every guest. You’ll play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating guest flow and maintaining the elevated service standards expected within a premium dining environment.

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a Host, Reservations or Front of House leadership role within a premium restaurant environment
Solid customer service and communication skills
Confident leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team




Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and skilled in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and presentation
Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms
Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
