MADFIN Plastering and Maintenance is looking for a Qualified Plasterer and an Apprentice to join our team.

We are a small, family-owned business that has been running for over 10 years. We are all about high-quality workmanship and great service, and we need an eager, hardworking tradesman or apprentice to match that standard.

What’s in it for you:
The Hours: Full-time, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Time Off: 1 x RDO per month, plus full holiday and sick leave.
Extra Cash: Plenty of overtime and Saturday work is there if you want it.
The Work: High-end modular homes, current builds, and detailed renovations.
Location: Mostly working across the eastern and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Crew: You’ll be joining a solid, safe, and positive team of 5, learning directly from experienced tradesmen who want to help you grow your career.

What you’ll be doing:
Installing plasterboard linings, ornate cornices, decorative arches, and rosettes.
Working on detailed jobs,



including curved walls and high-quality level 5 finishes.
Finishing plasterboard linings and trimmings so they are ready for paint.
Installing and framing metal batten and grid ceiling systems.
Measuring up quantities, solving problems on-site, and helping run jobs.

What we need from you:
A positive attitude, a solid work ethic, and a driver's licence with your own car (essential).
Someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and safety-conscious.
A White Card. Having your own tools and some scaffold experience is preferred.
You must have full Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa) to be eligible.
