Sushi Chef – South Yarra
We are looking for a professional and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at a busy pub in South Yarra.
About the Role
Prepare and present high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes.
Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting.
Maintain an organised and clean workstation.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with the kitchen team.
About You
2–3+ years of proven experience as a Sushi Chef.
Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and techniques.
Highly organised and able to work well under pressure.
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Full time and part-time positions available.
