Drive quality, governance and outcomes for a significant new service initiative

SSI is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced quality, governance and reporting professionals interested in leading quality assurance, performance reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across a large-scale service program.

This role will be responsible for establishing quality and reporting frameworks, maintaining risk and outcomes monitoring systems, coordinating program reporting, supporting audit and compliance activities, and translating data and insights into meaningful improvements. Working closely with operational leaders and enabling functions, you will help ensure services deliver high-quality, compliant and measurable outcomes.

We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring:
Experience in quality management, governance, reporting, risk management or program performance within community services, early childhood, health, disability, government-funded or related sectors.
Solid analytical and data literacy skills,



with the ability to translate performance information into actionable insights.
Experience developing reporting frameworks, outcomes measurement approaches and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of compliance, audit readiness, contract assurance and risk management practices.
Robust stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
